步进式加热炉液压系统主泵数量优化方法
本发明公开了一种步进式加热炉液压系统主泵数量优化方法，即根据步进炉液压系统主泵及油缸的规格、步进运动时各段行程以及步进周期进行优化计算，结合步进运动各段的带载和空载情况，实现步进曲线的优化，使步进梁在允许步进周期之内，各运动段冲击最小、系统功率分配最合理，达到降低液压系统最大输出流量，对应步进梁上升段的高速，以优化液压系统主泵数量、降低配套阀组的规格，节省了设备成本，降低了设备运行能耗，同时提高设备运行的稳定性。
