香蕉果实中特异表达基因的启动子
本发明提供了采用基因组DNA步行法克隆的香蕉果实特异性ACC合酶基因启动子的序列;包含所述的DNA序列与GUS报告基因的融合基因构建体;用所产生的构建体转化香蕉的不同器官,瞬时表达结果证明GUS报告基因在果实中特异地表达。
