@@ Backgrounds:Minimally invasive cardiac surgery(MICS)is becoming popular at specialized centers these days.Mitral valve disease is often associated with tricuspid valve insufficiency and atrial fibrillation.But there are some limitations in procedures for the cases with the complexed disease and we have to consider carefully about the patient selection.
