@@ Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) is an acquired hemorrhagic disease commonly seen in clinic practice. Single or manifold anti - platelet autoantibodies exist in humanbody, they affect immediately Ⅱ b/ Ⅲa compound of glycoprotein platelet( GP), consequently, cause platelet to decrease due to reticuloendothelial system (RES) destroying platelet [1].
