中医医院护理质量管理信息基本数据集标准的初步编制

摘要：

目的:编制中医医院护理质量管理信息基本数据集标准.方法:在文献研究结合现场调研的基础上初拟中医医院护理质量管理信息基本数据集标准,采用Delphi专家咨询法,对15名专家进行两轮问卷咨询.结果:两轮咨询问卷有效回收率为100％和93.33％;专家权威系数分别为0.86和0.80;一、二级目录的协调系数分别为0.68和0.65.最终确定一级目录9个,二级目录27个的中医护理质量管理信息基本数据集框架体系及标准稿,共641个数据元.结论:中医医院护理质量管理信息基本数据集标准的编制可促进中医医院护理质量管理相关数据的规范化和标准化,并为开发中医医院护理质量管理信息系统提供一定的科学依据和指导.
