股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床分析

摘要：

目的：探讨采用股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法56例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者,均进行股骨近端解剖锁定钢板固定术进行治疗,观察手术治疗效果。结果本次平均手术时间83 min,平均出血量250 ml；患者切口均愈合,未发生感染；平均愈合时间14周；髋关节功能恢复优良率为92.9%。结论股骨近端解剖锁定钢板治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折是一种理想的治疗方法,可供临床参考。treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture.Methods A total of 56 senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture patients all received proximal femur anatomic locking plate for treatment and their curative effects were observed.Results Mean operation time was 83 min, with mean bleeding volume as 250 ml. All patients had healed incision without infection. Mean healing time was 14 weeks, and good rate of hip joint function recovery was 92.9%.Conclusion As an ideal treatment method for senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture, proximal femur anatomic locking plate can be taken as clinical reference.
