摘要：

Cavity optomechanics ”1,2” reveals the interaction between the optical mode and mechanical mode via radiation pressure.Recently,optomechanics is widely studied as an ideal interface between the optical field and microwave field,and the advantages of optomechanics show great potential for applications in various fields,such as high-precision measurement ”3,4”,mechanical cooling ”5,6”,quantum information processing ”7-10”,and nanophotonic devices ”11-14”.
