@@ A 34-year-old man was involved in a high-speed motor vehiclecollision. Survey revealed the right lower extremity was very swell-ing, the skin undermining deglove injury in the limb lateral be-tween the level of great trochanter and 10cm upper ankle, skintemperature low, touching the skin having the feeling of floating.
