@@ In the past, ships sailing on the Jiangsu segment of the Yangtze River always followed the traditional shipping rules of ”going upriver in the low current and going downriver in the mainstream”. With the increase of market economy and development of shipping industry, more and more ships get into transportation, developing toward large size and deep draught. However, the past regulations cannot meet the need of the shipping development at present. With implementing the routing system, Jiangsu segment of Yangtze River has become an indeed golden navigation route.全面夜航打造全天候航道3月19日,江苏海事局在南京宣布,长江江苏段全面实行海轮夜航.意味着,长江江苏段全天候通航的时代到了!海轮全面夜航后,将会提高船舶运营效率,降低沿江两岸的物流成本,增强口岸竞争力,提升沿江开发的区位优势,改善地方招商引资的投资环境,对区域经济和航运发展起到极大的促进作用.
