Its biocompatibility and osteoconductive properties make it desirable as an implant material and drug delivery agent. 1 -4 Therefore, the development of the particulate systems HA - drug, e. G. Antibiotics, antimicrobial agent, growth factor, etc., with controlled drug release kinetics seems to be an important problem,in view of the rate of infection in bone surgery. 5 Porous spherical HA maybe has a greater effect.
