Magnetic soliton confinement and discretization effects in Cr1/3TaS2 nanoflakes
Topological spin textures have been considered very promising for emerging magnetic memory applications.Recently,Cr1/3TaS2(CTS),a layered magnetic material,has been demonstrated to be a chiral helimagnet,and one-dimensional magnetic solitons have been observed via Lorentz transmission electron microscopy.In this paper,we demonstrated the magnetic soliton confinement and discretization effects of CTS through the magnetotransport measurements on the samples of different thicknesses.
