40%铁水-50 t EAF-LF-VD-CC流程16MnCr5齿轮钢的开发
通过LF使用0.004% Ti的中碳锰铁和0.012% Ti的低钛铬铁调整合金成分,扩散脱氧0.3%Ti的碳化硅使用量≤10 kg/炉,使用高碱度精炼渣(/%):50~55CaO,5~8SiO2,27~31Al2O3,7MgO,≤0.8(FeO +MnO)以及喂硫线等工艺措施,生产的4炉16MnCr5钢化学成分稳定/%:0.17~0.19C,0.12~0.16Si,1.15~1.16Mn,0.012~0.016P,0.026~0.030S,0.93~0.96Cr,0.007~0.008Ti,0.0006~0.000 8B,0.026~0.030Alt,0.001 3~0.001 5O,钢中非金属夹杂物A细系≤2.0级,A粗系≤1.5级,其它均≤1.0级,带状组织≤2.0级,淬透性带宽△HRC值≤6,满足技术协议要求.
