C、Si含量和冷轧压下率对低碳钢Q195冷轧板力学性能的影响
研究了不同C、Si含量对低碳钢冷轧板(/%:0.005~0.034 C,0.008~0.054 Si,0.28~0.30 Mn,0.023~0.026 P,0.004 ~0.007 S,0.044~0.060 Al)力学性能的影响,工业生产流程为铁水预处理-80tBOFRH-连铸-热轧-酸洗-冷轧.结果表明:C、Si含量越高,强度、硬度越高,伸长率越低.采用工业生产的Q195热轧板(/%:0.0112 C,0.009 Si,0.30 Mn,0.025 P,0.006 S,0.052 Al)进行实验室冷轧试验,试验结果表明冷轧压下率由41%升高到57%,强度、硬度逐渐降低,伸长率略有升高.当C含量为0.005% ~0.010%,Si含量为≤0.012%,冷轧下率为40% ~50%,Q195冷轧板的抗拉强度(Rm)≤660MPa,(HRB)硬度值为86 ~89,满足技术要求.
