预变形对超低碳贝氏体钢中ε-Cu析出行为的影响
研究了10%预变形对0.98%~2.90%Cu超低碳贝氏体钢(%:0.042~0.045C,1.43~1.48Mn,0.30~0.33Si,0.70~0.73Ni,0.29~0.30Mo,0.025~0.029Nb,0.011~0.019Ti,0.001 3~0.002 3B)在450 ℃和550 ℃处理1~104 min的时效动力学行为的影响.试验结果表明,该钢在时效过程时,ε-Cu析出动力学曲线出现硬度峰值,当经过预变形处理后,ε-Cu析出峰值出现的时间显著降低,峰值高度明显增加.在450 ℃时效时,预变形的这一作用更为明显.
