钢管热连轧机架耐磨复合衬板的研制
研制了基板-10 mm厚成分(%)为0.15~0.20C,0.8~1.5Mn的16Mn钢板与复板-成分(%)为0.6~1.0C,0.5~1.0Si,0.8~1.2Mn,0.5~1.5Cr,0.4~0.6Ni,0.4~0.8Mo,0.005~0.015B,0.05~0.10Y,0.08~0.15K,0.08~0.15Na的耐磨钢板经爆炸焊接工艺制成钢管热连轧机架耐磨复合衬板.复合衬板试验和应用结果表明,钢板复层表面硬度HRC60,结合层剪切强度340 MPa,使用8月个后的磨损量小于0.2 mm,比常用表面处理衬板和轧制复合衬板磨损量低2倍以上.
