Mr. Rashad S.Karimov，Former Chief Adviser for Asian and Foreign Policy at the President's Centre for Strategic Studies of Azerbaijan and a sinologist，started from the concrete practices of the Belt and Road Initiative in Azerbaijan and illustrated the relationship between implementing the Initiative and championing the concept of a community with a shared future for mankind.
