1.Introduction
Diplomatic interpreting is often considered a form of interpretation
whose flexibility is restricted greatly. Some people even think diplomatic
interpreting should adopt literal translation strategy. But in order to output
the content which the audience can understand, interpreters have to adopt
certain strategies of interpretation in practice and make any necessary
adjustments in the output of target language.
