SIC过程与安全信噪的相关问题研究

目的/意义 为了实现安全信息认知(SIC)理论研究的价值,弥补传统安全管理方法的缺陷,开展SIC过程与安全信噪两个奠基性问题研究. [方法/过程 以"7-6-5-4"模型为理论依据,构建微观视角下的安全信息认知过程,以此为基础,以真信源为起点和参照点,研究中观和宏观视角下的安全信息认知过程,并对此过程中的关键元素-安全信噪的定义、分类以及其在安全信息认知过程中的影响机理进行研究.[结果/结论 研究结果表明,负面安全信噪对人群的安全信息认知的正确率提升具有极大的阻碍作用,SIC过程及安全信噪相关问题的研究,对后续基于宏观视域下SIC过程的事故致因模式的构建,进而指导相关安全管理方法(如构造安全信息系统)的研究,起到了关键的促进作用. Abstract [Purpose/Significance In order to realize the value of theoretical research on safety information cognition (SIC), make up for the shortcomings of traditional safety management methods, and carry out research on two fundamental problems of SIC process and safety signal and noise. [Method/Process This paper takes the "7-6-5-4" model as the theoretical basis and constructs the cognitive process of safety information under the microscopic perspective. Based on this, this paper uses the real information resources as the starting point and the reference point to study the cognitive process of safety information under the meso and macro perspectives, and defines and classifies the key elements-safety signal-to-noise. The mechanism of influence in cognitive processes is also studied. [Result/Conclusion The re-search results show that negative safety signal-to-noise has a great hindrance to the improvement of the correct rate of safety information cognition of the population. The research on SIC process and related problems of safety signal-to-noise plays a key role in the construction of the accident causation model based on the SIC process under the macroscopic view, and then guides the research of relevant safety man-agement methods (such as constructing safety information systems).
