生物钟基因Timeless及与肿瘤关系的研究进展

摘要：

生物钟基因的功能不仅局限于调节生物节律,更与细胞内DNA的修复、细胞的增殖等一系列过程相关联,Timeless是生物钟基因成员之一,对Timeless基因的研究起步较晚.近年来研究发现生物钟基因在多种肿瘤中普遍存在表达异常,而对Timeless研究较少.
