新一代测序技术又称为高通量测序技术,是DNA测序史上一次划时代的革命。新一代测序技术都采用了一种新的测序策略--循环芯片测序法(cyclic-array sequencing),可分为焦磷酸测序技术(Roche/454)、Solexa测序技术(Illumina)、polony测序技术(ABI/SOLiD)。由于其高通量、成本低、耗时短而迅速取代传统的Sanger测序成为后基因组时代的重要研究手段,让研究者能以更低廉的价格,更全面、更深入地分析基因组、转录组及蛋白质之间交互作用组。新一代测序技术除了可以快速实现肿瘤基因组测序外,还是数字化全面快速剖析肿瘤转录组、表观遗传及DNA-蛋白质交互作用的有力工具,有望在生命科学、医学科学等领域带来革命性的变革。Researchers could do more comprehensive and in-depth analysis with genome, transcriptome and proteome at cheaper price. NGS has broad application prospects in the field of cancer research. In addition to accomplishing the tumor genome sequencing quickly, it also provides us a fully and rapidly powerful digital tool for tumor transcriptome, epigenetic and DNA-protein interaction analysis. It is expecting to bring about revolutionary change in the areas of life science, medicine science and others.
