Subcutaneous Panniculitis-Like T-Cell Lymphoma: A Case Report
IntroductionSubcutaneous panniculitis-like T-cell lymphoma (SPTCL) is a rare cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma that accounts for less than 1% of all peripheral T-cell lymphomas.SPTCL is characterized by multiple subcutaneous nodules or plaques that occur in the extremities, and it has a poor prognosis if accompanied by hemophagocytic syndrome. The histopathological findings and immunophenotype of SPTCL are specific and can help to confirm the diagnosis. We herein report such a rare case involving a woman with a single facial lesion.
