CIIS Secretary-General Attends Videoconference on SCO Participation in Regional Governance
On September 28, CIIS Secretary-General Yang Yi attended and gave remarks at a high-level international online conference themed ”SCO Participation in Regional Governance: New Concepts, New Platforms.” The videoconference, co-sponsored by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and the Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC), was addressed by CASS President Xie Fuzhan, Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui, RIAC President Igor Ivanov, Russian Ambassador to China Andrey Denisov, and SCO Secretary-General Vladimir Norov.
