To celebrate the fifth anniversary of sistership relations between Chongqing and San José Department in Uruguay, Mercedes Antía, Chairperson of the Development Committee of the Provincial Council of San José Department, Uruguay, led a provincial council and government delegation to Chongqing from September 17 to 21. The delegation participated in the 2023 China International Meat Industry Exhibition (CIMIE) and held discussions on promoting cooperation in various fields between the two parties with relevant organizations in Chongqing.
